Snack salami sticks are made using traditional artisan methods. As with most dry-cured salami fine mould developes during our maturation process. The mould is responsible for the stick's typical aromatic flavour. Salami sticks are the perfect snack for those, who do no want to go without tasty delicacies in the meantime.
